Who we are

Treasure Bali is a traveller-support service operated by Nova Group Sp. z o.o. We help international visitors understand the Bali Tourist Levy process, review application details, arrange payment on their behalf and receive their government-issued voucher by email.

What we do

Our service is designed to make the levy process clearer and easier to manage. Depending on the application, this can include checking essential traveller details, arranging submission and payment, monitoring voucher issuance, helping with email delivery and providing customer support if a voucher is delayed or difficult to locate.

Treasure Bali does not issue the levy voucher. The voucher is issued by the Bali Provincial Government after the levy payment has been processed through the applicable government system.

About the Bali Tourist Levy

The Bali Provincial Government established the levy to support the protection of Balinese culture and the natural environment. The levy applies to eligible foreign visitors, subject to the exemptions and procedures published by the Bali Provincial Government.

Our role

Treasure Bali is not the Bali Provincial Government, the Indonesian Government or the official Love Bali website. We do not issue government documents, provide immigration decisions or grant authorisation to enter Indonesia. Our role is limited to the traveller-support and administrative processing service described above.
