Bali Tourist Levy Comprehensive Service

What the service includes

Treasure Bali provides a traveller-support and administrative processing service for the Bali Tourist Levy. We help customers complete the process by reviewing the information they submit, arranging levy payment on their behalf and monitoring the delivery of the government-issued levy voucher.

The service includes:

• review of key traveller details for obvious completeness or formatting issues;
• submission and local currency payment arrangement using the details provided by the customer;
• monitoring of voucher issuance where available;
• delivery or redelivery support if the voucher email is delayed or difficult to locate;
• customer support relating to the submitted levy application.

The Bali Provincial Government establishes the levy and issues the levy voucher. Treasure Bali does not issue visas, immigration documents or travel authorisations and does not grant permission to enter Indonesia.

Treasure Bali is not the official Love Bali website and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Bali Provincial Government or the Indonesian Government. Eligible travellers may also complete the levy process through official government channels.
